Vellum Cloth flies uncontrolably when drawing points to weld and create a puffy structure. Only on the B letter. Any help? Tried Stiffnes and different Pressure parameters, no overlappings points I can see.

Was following this tutorial, but instead of a grid is the text BLACK what I´m trying to sew and inflate.

HAve you tried increasing the substeps ?

most likely self collisions of neighbouring points at seams, they seem too dense, so double check their pscales or disable their selfcollisions
