Orbolt is a horrible and frustrating user experience. It reflects badly on SideFX. A new comer to Houdini software will assume (as I did) that it was maintained and endorsed by SideFX. I guess this is not the case but it is still part of the asset library which sure looks like it is part of the Houdini software. This needs to change as it is very confusing to new users.

I'm still trying to contact SideFX regarding Houdini.FairMarket.Land [houdini.fairmarket.land].
