Houdini 21: X shorcut doesn't show the radial menu?

Hi!
I just got H21 and right away, I can see the radial menu doesn't show up when I houdini 21 radial menues yet the C shortcut works...

As far as I know they unbound the X snapping radial in H21, you can re-assign the shortcut in the radial menu editor (Edit/Radial Menus)
