Do you mean the DGX Spark (Linux) or the RTX Spark (Windows)?
Houdini 22 shipped with a Linux Arm build that runs natively on the DGX Spark. You can find it on the download page as a Technical Preview. There is no native build of Houdini for the RTX Spark at the moment, but it should run in emulation.
