HI,i want to translate Material Network Nodes or .mtlx to the real MaterialX file or real MaterialX network.
sure there is an optin to export materials as .mtlx. but i need replace the origial arnold shaders to standard mterialX shaders. then i can use karma to render the same asset.
here is a tool "KTMaterialXTools" did this in katana Your text to link here... [github.com]
so maybe anywhere has houdini tools.

Arnold's MaterialX export is Arnold-flavoured, so Karma can't read it as is. Every Maya/Arnold node between the texture and the shader has to be translated to standard MaterialX before Karma will render the same asset.
Full disclosure: I ended up building a tool for this, and it's a paid tool of mine. USD Bridge exports the Maya scene to USD and builds it in Houdini. Arnold to Arnold keeps the same shaders. For Karma it converts the materials to MaterialX, and the result still needs a touch of look-dev. Lights, render settings, AOVs and Cryptomatte are rebuilt as native Houdini nodes.

Happy to answer questions about the conversion here too.

Pretty much, sadly. "Write once, render anywhere" only works if everyone writes standard MaterialX, and Arnold's exporter doesn't.
That's why USD Bridge skips Arnold's MaterialX export (and Maya's own exporter) completely. It reads the live Maya shading network and writes standard MaterialX (standard_surface plus ND_ nodes), so Karma reads it natively. The utility nodes in between (file/place2d, bump2d, aiColorCorrect, aiRange, remapValue, condition, multiplyDivide and so on) are translated one by one, and anything it can't convert is listed in a report instead of being dropped silently.
The materials render; matching Arnold's look exactly still takes a touch of look-dev in Karma.
