Are you logged in as an Administrator? You need to be Administrator to install keys (but not to use them).

i only have one acount on this computer and is (obviously) an administrator acount

OK, try uninstalling Houdini and removing the C:\Windows\keys directory. Then reinstall the latest build of Houdini, including the license tools.

i dont have a keys folder in windows -_- maybe thats the problem (or does it autocreates a folder?)

It should autocreate the keys directory, but it's possible you don't have permissions to edit the directory C:\Windows, which would cause these permission denied errors. Try right-clicking on the Windows directory/folder and checking your permissions.

omg it worked :p
i just created a dir called keys in c:\windows and gave it read/write permissions
that fixed it :p
