When I used the swither for cameras, there is always a houdini console window comes out saying “switcher1 evalInt Invalid parameter name usecop”. Why?

YOu can safely ignore that, it's a very minor bug, it's a result of the changeover from the old COPs to the new Cops2 (aka Halo). Just minimize the console and forget about it )
