Dear Sir .
Opening my Houdini interface I found this unexpected license error , it behaved like I had not
installed my recently purchased non-comercial licenses.(view below)
I use a mac pro 3.2 ghz 4gigram .I
I have instaled the Mac Houdini version. Was using Houdini Master quite well until yesterday .

Is there a way to retrieve my already instaled licence? The license manager does not allow me to reenter my
provided codes.Do not know Why this is happenning. Is very annoying.

Er, you probably don't want to post your private password on this public forum … You should edit your post to remove the email from sidefx.

I already did even before posting here , but have'n't receiced any reply so far.
Anyway, I reinstaled Houdini from scratch several time. finnally the remote server issued the proper licenses and those licenses are being recognized now.

A common reason why licenses stop working is some hardware upgrade and also turning on/off the wireless network adapter. The best way to diagnose the issue is by inspecting the diagnostic info (View > Diagnostic Info in the License Administrator). If there is a hardware change, you usually need to install a new SERVER key.

But it sounds like you have fixed the problem on your own already.

A Web camera was installled and the router had to be unpluged several times because Wireless connection was unstable.
Maybe that's Why.
I managed the problem and side Fx helped recognizing the license
I even installed keys manually.
To be honest was only Try and error.
But it is working fine now.
Thank you for the info.I hadn't check the diagnostics.
