liquid and blur

Hi, i did a simulation with fluids, just water along a pipe,

i use PBR for rendering, and turn on the blur option in the mantra node,
didn't get anything, then i turn it on on the particle fluid object node that is created node (the one with the fluid surface) and still nothing, raise the camera blur from .5 to 4 same thing but reading the Help it say in the fluid surface in the attribute to use “v” for velocity compute in blur.

but it shooting the direction of the particles. direction and looks like spiky and i am sure i am setting something wrong.
