I'm trying to combine a height field in COPs, with the position values from external geometry, and then output a height field which is a combination of the two. I've managed to get it to work in principle, but I get a very harsh transition between the "regular" hf, and the "geo" hf. So, the question is how to best achieve this in COPs. I know how to do it with a bit of vex code, but the challenge is to achieve the same inside COPs.
Can you help? I've attached an image and a hip file that should show the problem better than I can simply describe it.
