HI,
I'm making a character made out of wrapped wool (i have a setup that generates a wool like pattern where there are curves) and i'm doing this through a GEO node where i have my base mesh imported and a bunch of spiral nodes which project through a ray node, plus a delete with bouding box for each spiral to select where the projection happens. The issue is when I project in areas where there are gaps eg. fingers, between arm and torso, etc. The projection connects the gaps and i'm not sure how to fix the issue.
I also wanted to know if there is another way to make this wool wrapping more controllable rather than just projecting spirals to obtain more of a wrapped around the mesh effect if that makes sense, but keeping it procedural and easily editable.
Thank you!
