Hi,

New Apprentice HD user here.

I bought HD yesterday, and after only a day, HD is proving to be a breath of fresh air for me. I was using TrueSpace 7.5 by Caligari and never did get comfortable with it after 2 years of use. Plus the fact that MS just bought TrueSpace, I started looking around for another 3d app.

If anyone ever tells you that Houdini is a mixed up hard to use program, tell them to try TrueSpace-Almost very thing is icons-hundreds of 'em. Poor documentation, unstable inetrface and half finished software features. And the forums are filled with rabid fanboys with an agenda.

I feel more at home with Houdini in two days than I did in two years with TrueSpace.

Ahh…feels like home here to me! :-)

I'm already there, KurtF, going thru the vids as fast as I can. Can't believe I wasted so much time with True Space.
