Is there any way to create hard copy of the anaglyph created through the stereo cam?

Once you render the scene through the stereo camera and it appears in the MPlay, you can choose File > Save Preview to save a single image using the anaglyph format. Then you can print it and it should be viewable through the red-cyan glasses.

If you already have two image files, for the left and the right eye, you can use the Anaglyph COP to fuse them together into a single anaglyph image.
