I want to Instal H10.0.444 Apprentice, for (without internet access),
but I get this error! why?!

it looks like the installer has not set the file permissions properly. Try running the Houdini Licenses Administrator with admin privileges.

Another way to fix it is to change the file permissions:
- if the file C:\Windows\keys\licenses.local exists, give yourself Read+Write permission.
- if it does not exist, then give yourself the Read+Write permissions to the C:\Windows\keys folder
To change the file permissions, right click on the file, choose properties, and look in the Permissions tab.
