I was trying to do this effect with RF, and it was pain, then i try some fast setup in Houdini…

Particles are done in Houdini, no fluid or SPH.
With few force, mesh in Houdini, export as obj seq and render in Maya with Vray

why didn't you try a mantra rendering?
you used the particle fluid surfacer SOP ??

how you did to keep the volume of the girl?.

Very nice

There's a fairly straightforward tutorial for getting very similar results in RF from digital tutors if you were looking. Or is that what your basing it on?

Just a suggestion, how about you give it some velocity inheritance?
