Simple question how do you import quicklime video into the compositor area of Houdini?

I tried using the import node to bring the footage in but the node it's cross hatched in red. Now I'm stuck! What do you do, is there a node that converts it after the import node? Or do you have to use outside software to make it into an image sequence?

COPs doesn't support quicktime
you'll have to convert it to an image sequence first.
