Hi, im quite new with houdini and stuck with very easy problem ( I think)

I have scene with polygons and I got math formula depending of polygon distance. So I want my computation to be inside PythonSOP, and than just assign scalex * $My_New_Variable_From_PythonSOP

How can i make it?
