Making render Region and Camera line up

I'm new to Houdini and am going through the introductory tutorials and I ran into a problem that has been holding me up.
When I make a render region of my view port, the image produced does not line up with the OpenGL. Can anyone help me navigate to fixing the issue. Keep in mind I'm still quite unfamiliar with the interface

I took a screen cap and set the blend to .5 so you can see what I'm talking about.

It should be that you are using the non-commerical version and the resolution is limited. If your shrink your viewport down it will line up. The HD non-commercial should work at any res for still images , I think
