Hi rony,

You merged the two spheres onto each other & set them to be the inflation target so the poly sphere was trying to inflate but also trying to “inflate” onto itself thus causing a much longer cook time. Also, you should use point group for the target geometry instead of primitive group.

Thanks again Steven for the file. It's much faster indeed. It goes haywire at certain times but now it's all a matter of tweaking. Thanks a LOT!

So how far did you get with the muscles? I don't think of that was in your rigging demo reel?

the muscles work great. They're disabled in the reel bccause I couldn't capture the deformations in real time so I put them In the flat book. Here's a pic.
