Hi there,
Just trying to get my head around this,
The Houdini paint sop seems super easy to use for painting colours but I can't seem to get it to paint the alpha channel of vert colours…
I think part of the problem might be that I also don't know how to visualise the alpha in the viewport.
Could anyone point me i the right direction here?
Thanks
Pete

Alpha is just a float attribute called “Alpha”
You can either paint it directly by putting it in the color override, or use “Accumulate Alpha” to force your brushstrokes to use it ( e.g. when you want to paint on something that has Alpha = 0 )
Either way you should see the results in the viewport.
