Just wondering, does anyone know of a SOP node that will colour an object's verts based on ambient occlusion? I'm looking for an effect like this? I was thinking I might be able to figure something out as a Point VOP but I haven't had any luck so far.
I guess you've solved your question by now, but for anyone else who's looking for a ‘bake occlusion to points’ SOP, this guy made one way back in 2007 that still works great!
