i've been using Houdini for a while, and I think I got the hang of it. But I have one problem when I render it looks nasty and the quality is terrible. I've been looking at tutorials for the pyro shader but none of them are good. How would I make the quality of this simulation look good and realistic?

People might be able to help if your more specific about what it is you don't like about what you've made.

And also upload your file.

That might get the suggestion ball rolling.

You could start with this tutorial: https://www.cgcircuit.com/course/applied-houdini—dynamics-vi [cgcircuit.com]

These are really good from a guy who works for ILM and knows what he's doing.
