Shader-based camera projections from a different camera

How do you build a shader-based setup to project an image from one camera onto a surface and render through a different camera?

Appreciate any ideas!

In the uv texture node you can choose the camera to project the uvs from.
That camera does not have to be the same as the one you render from….

Rather than a sop solution, I'm looking for a material vop or shader-solution. I don't want to unpack my geo to do this. Any ideas?
