Hi, bit confused how Heightfields are getting imported in Unreal4. It seems we have to do some flipping in COP first to make it align in unreal? Otherwise it always comes in rotated different than actual Geometry. (See attached image and file)
I wanted to add that the heightfield in the above example is being rotated using a transform.
So the bug is that heightfields rotated with a transform look fine in Houdini but don't appear to have the proper transforms (at least rotations) applied when imported as landscapes in Unreal.
Edit: Using the “rotate” parameter built into the heightfield doesn't affect the landscapes imported into UE4 either.
