Texture Spritesheet RGB pass black render

Hello,
I got black render for the rgb pass from the Texture Spritesheet ROP. The ‘Blend N and RGB Light’ option also doesn't soften the normal map as the official tutorial does.
The beauty and normal maps look fine.
I've tried to use a simple and default setup to troubleshoot it, but still getting the same result. I'm using 18.5.351 production build and default fireball. Is it a bug or something?
