Noob here.
I understand how to create a digital asset (opdef..?). However what I would like to do is have 1 file that has my entire Houdini project in it. Is this possible? I want textures, HDRI's, objects camera and window layout all in 1 place. I want Houdini to go collect all my linked files.
Example: In Adobe Premiere there is an option to go collect all the files you are linking to and put them all in one folder with the project file. Anything like this?
I lied about understanding digital assets. The only problem I am having is saving my textures from Redshift in a digital asset. Not clear on how to do this.
Any help would be appreciated.
How to embed everything in a Houdini File?

You can search GitHub for a collect script, but you can't store an image inside a HIP file. Get used to the distributed approach for Houdini projects, and if you haven't looked at the Houdini projects section, take a look. You can specify $JOB to set the path for a project if you move it to a new machine. Using the Houdini Project model, you can keep everything under one folder and simply ZIP it up when you're finished.
Using Houdini Indie 20.5
Windows 11 64GB Ryzen 16 core.
nVidia 3060RTX 12BG RAM.

What if you need to embed HDAs and object files for random bug reports that aren't easy to replicate?
I keep getting one of these, but I'd have no idea how to replicate it without everything that's in my current file.
