Problem with Vertex animation texture with android unity

Hi everyone,
I have an issue with the vat import in unity.
With the windows build settings, the simulation works great, but with android build settings, my geo explode.
I think the pivot or point numbers, change? What do you think, any idea?

I want to use vat for a AR project with vufuria, do you think it's possible?
