Hi, I am relatively new to Houdini and struggling to get a simulation of 3D printed plastic on fabric to work (photo attached). In this process, fabric is stretched over a print bed, printed on, and then released, creating a warped 3d structure.

I am trying to simulate this by gluing two vellum fabrics together with different stiffnesses and rest length scales (to represent the printed plastic and the fabric), but I cannot seem to get the two cloths to interact with each other properly (the stiffer "plastic" cloth is affected by the other vellum cloth but not the other way around). I have attached what I have so far, would greatly appreciate any help or feedback.

Is this even the best method to simulate this in Houdini?

Thank you in advance!!
