How do you bump RFEs?
Just send an RFE and reference my RFE by number, they will link them, otherwise they won't know if they are related

Yes that's normal, but at least this way they can track the demand somehow. Otherwise it's very much a manual process to see if 2 bugs/RFEs are related. I bet SESI could leverage chat GPT to organize their bug/RFE database
