Moving packages/tools to 20.5 Python311

Hello,

I started to move the packages and tools I have in 20 to 20.5 everything i have worked so far except one tool thew this error message
I understand it's missing some python lib is that something I can solve? or the developer has to update his tool?

Just change the folder named python3.10libs to python3.11libs
