Create Polygonal Surface from Lines?

Hi!

I've create a bunch of lines and fuse the result. Is there a node to create a basic surface from it?

What you are looking for is a basic form of surface modifier in 3ds max:



It's not available out of the box AFAIK but you can create this using VEX, but it would take a bit of time especially if you want to create intermediate surface from high level splines line in the above pic.

Now there is only one option - to leave only vertical or horizontal lines and apply skin. But you must first ensure that the curves go in the same direction and have the same number of points. If you want to make the surface smooth, then you need to play with turning into nurbs and back at different stages.
