I'saw u'r attached the DLL and DSO for the SOP_RF_Import operator for H9.i'm fresh houdini user how can i load this plugins

In your home directory (LINUX) or my Documents (Windows) you will have a folder Houdini9, there you should have a “dso” folder if not create it and put the plugin there.
Otherwise you can put the plugin anywhere and get the HOUDINI_DSO_PATH variable pointing to that directory.
