I'm looking for a way to add a "Copy Guide" option in the Guide Groom tool. I noticed that the guidegroomcore node has a tool parameter with options like Draw, Plant, Sculpt, etc.

Is there a way to modify this list to include a custom Copy Guide tool? Or is there a better approach to duplicating guides within the Guide Groom workflow?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Usually I just use the plant tool in single mode and plant a guide right next to an existing guide so it closely matches it's shape then you can use the move tool on the new guide and place it where ever. I think you can even select a guide first, then when you plant a new one it will only interpolate to the selected guide. I don't know if that helps, it's been a while since I had to groom anything.

It's not much useful as if you try to move it on the other side or even halfway it messes up the guide I somehow want to create a tool which duplicates and when I move it it keeps the alignment of the guide to the normal of the mesh.
