I want to uninstall my Houdini (non-commereical version) licence keys that I installed previously because I want to install another version of Houdini. But How can I uninstall the old licence key?

There is no need to uninstall the license keys if you want to install another version. You should be able to use the new version with the current keys or prompted to install new keys if they are required.
