Hi

When ever I make a HUD Slider I go through the usual process and drag the parameter onto the viewer. It makes the slider, but it is greyed out and not controlable.

Any Ideas on this?

Hi

I am working through my Houdini book and it is telling me to switch to Smoothshade Mode in order to see the applied texture on my grid SOP. I do this and I still don't see the texture.

Is there some setting that I am missing somewhere?

My system is an 8Gb, 8 Core Mac with NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT graphics card.

Thank you for that, it's put my mind at ease. We have a new I.T team and they are currently still designing the system so I don't know which platform they are going to go with.
