I finished installation without any problem, when I run Houdini 1st popup window: shows non-commercial license I have selected that, and then communicate with End User Licence Administrator after that nothing happened. I did command line licensing it doesn’t work

I have installed following versions same thing happened:
houdini-9.1.277-win32-vc8,
houdini-9.1.244-win32-vc8 and
houdini-9.5.140-win32.

I use wireless internet connection. May be I’ve
Different proxy settings so how can I solve this matter?

OS – WIN VISTA HOME PREMIUM
GRAPHIC CARD –MOBIL INTEL 965 EXPRESS chipset family

Please send a solution for this problem I am new to HOUDINI and eager to Learn.

I try to install HOUDINI9.1.273 to my laptop but giving problem,
