In my case it was not useful, due to the fact that there is no explanation but only a cinematic music during the fast process.

Can you provide the file Ahmed? That would make a change.

    Thanks anyway.

Very nice. When I try to replicate it, I get large black squares instead of particles from my popnet. Anybody else get this? H17.0.352

      Hi john .. thank you

for " Black Squares " if you use model from houdini native models like " rubbuertoy " please remember to " UN-Check " add shader from setting of model
and convert it with " Convert Node " and continue the work .. that's it :)

Im a beginer and got an issue, at minute 2:07 when putting Gas turbulence node, sends an error message about permission and cant go farther. Im using the free version of Houdini.

    Thanks for the tutorial!

I get black squares too. Just drop down a PopSprite node inside the PopNet1 and reduce the scale down to 0.01 or something small. You can use the default smoke_puff.rat texture or browse to the $HFS/houdini/pic/ folder and choose circle.pic. I think the black squares are the result of having a low-end graphics card. I get this on my 660GTX with only 2GB or vRAM.
