Adding support for "no lighting", "headlight only", and "normal lighting" modes for all render delegates, not just Houdini GL. Hight quality modes are still a Houdini GL specific concept, so these buttons now disappear when switching to another render delegate. The lighting mode is remembered on a per-renderer basis.
