[HDK] newRenderHook() in H12?

Hi, I'm developing custom nodes with HDK, and have a hard time in using newRenderHook() function.
I've come to know that the current version of H12 supports newRenderHook() only when the viewport renderer is selected to ‘H11’ mode.
Does SideFX have any plan to fix this issue so that newRenderHook() can be used in the GL 3.2 viewport?
Or, is there any other way that I can access the OpenGL context of GL 3.2 viewport?

Here's my setting:
Windows 7 professional x64 Service Pack 1
Houdini FX 12.1.33 x64
MS Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 with x64 compiler
