fluid to box transformation

Hi I am looking to achieve an effect that consists of transformation from fluids/ water lying on floor to a box shape…I want to apply it in much complex system but I want to know the basics. Any sort of help is appreciated.

I would start with the box, use the shelf tools to create a flip fluid. Add in a ground plane and sim. Reverse the render in comp.

Thanks sl0throp,
but in my case box will be created from the fluid lying on floor that was generated from collision of two different fluid source. Sorry i didnt mention it earlier that there is already a source generating that fluid lying on floor.
