Does anyone know how to use the anglemaps that the sky probe images are in? Also, does anyone know how to convert these into .rat? Does icp recognize the .hdr images?

Yes, it should recognize .hdr files (in 6.0.138+).

If you look in the help you should find the answer. Which is to use HDRshop to convert to a cross format and then use the houdini tool isixpack to convert to a .rat environment map.

The trick is finding just the right hammer for every screw

Hey Dave,

I've converted all the cross images available from Debevec's site to .rat format and the archive can be downloaded from odforce.
