Hello, I would like to emit particles with color based on textured geometry. I got the scattered points color working using uvtexture and vopsop with ColorMap node. Next step is passing the attributes to the particle being emitted. How do I do that?
I'm working on a transition/morphing shop. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a clue on how to do it. I'm using attractor POP to move the points. Got it. But, color is the problem. Again, I have no idea how to basically do this: emitted particle color based on textured emitter and animating that particles' color to the target textured geometry's color.

Did you try “AttribTransfer POP” ?
You can simply do it with this node :idea:
In the attached file I made a simple project about morphing particles from one shape to another shape ,Also these particles can be change it's own color to the Target shape's color when reach to it 8)

NOTE: I made it in the H12.5 ,So If you use H13 ,You should do it in the “Old-Particle system” :!:
