How to set reseed value if I change particle separation?

the default particle separation in Flip Object is 0.1, and reseed is 8, if I reduce particle sep to 0.01 which means I have more voxel, so which new value should be set for reseed, i think 8 is not enough. And also for keep overall shape, I need to increase GRAVITY, so are there any good method to set a accurate value quickly? Thanks a lot.
