is there a comfortable way to organize vopsop's from different files? Its so nasty to brood in wich file is the desired node, open it, find the node and copy paste it. Didnt found a way till now how to organice that better. Like a library with just the vopsop in it i.e. in an alphabetical order or somethin like that…

Why don't you use HDA ?
What's different ?
Put them in HDA with specify group name for TAB menu (e.g VOP SOPs)

RMB> add to gallery
or
shift+c (create subnet from selected)>RMB>Create Digital Asset
