Viscosity of Fluids Generated in a Fluid Container

Hey all,

I was just wondering how I would go about setting the viscosity of a fluid that fills a fluid container to make it more in line with the viscosity of water?

Also, I want to make it so I just have a little bit of a fluid in the bottom of the container (that doesn't fill up or anything). So I keyframed the activation to 0, but over time, the fluid “drains” out of the container even though I never made a drain. How do I make it stay there?
