How could I control the speed and the shape of fire?

Hi guys;

I would like to create a “Oxy-Fuel” flame like image below.
The problem is , the fire is too slower than what I need. So, how could I control the speed and the shape of fire?

I'd start with a particle system that gave you the shape and speed of the torch, then you could use volumerasterizeparticles to get a volume from that…
