Hi. I'm basically only interested in particle and imported geometry animation inside Houdini. And then I'm planning to export it to Modo and render with v-ray.
Right now I'm trying Apprentice version. And before I but Indie I want to know:
Is it possible to export fbx or alembic animations from Indie version?
I'm asking cause when I tried to write Alembic animation from Appretice version I got this message:
“Alembic export is only supported in Houdini Core and Houdini FX versions”. So there is no mentioning of Indie version there. And this got me worried.

I use Indie and I've never had a problem exporting alembic or FBX. I think it's only Apprentice that's limited like that.
