Are you selecting the Source and Destination faces in the same order? It works correctly in the attached example.

No, I mean the order of the faces themselves. If you select the Source faces in the opposite order from the order in which you select the Destination faces, they'll be connected in the opposite order, as shown in the last image of your first post. In other words, it will connect the faces in the order you select them; the first Source you selected will be connected to the first Destination you selected, the second Source you selected will be connected to the second Destination you selected, etc.

Can you post a HIP file with the issue? It might be an issue with selections or group parsing in that situation, though everything's worked correctly in the cases I tried.

You should be able to use the group reselect button next to any group field to reselect a specific group. I tend to use it for all group selecting, because I prefer placing network nodes from the network editor instead of the viewport, though I know that many imperative modellers prefer placing nodes from the viewport. If you want to be 100% certain of the order in the group fields, you can type/edit the primitive numbers manually. You can turn on display of primitive numbers in the viewport and set the display flag to the input node to see which primitives are being referred to.

In Houdini 16.0.634, on that model (before the PolyBridge), when I select primitive 226, then 228, then 230, 232, 234, 236, 238, and 240 in that order, then hit Tab and type PolyBridge and hit Enter, then I select primitive 115, then 111, 107, 103, 99, 127, 123, and 119 in that order, then hit Enter, PolyBridge correctly connects primitive 226 to 115, 228 to 111, 230 to 107, etc. Are you sure you're selecting the primitives in the correct order?

and the Destination primitives you selected were in the order: 115, 111, 107, 103, 99, 127, 123, 119?

I used the same number in this post
