Can somebody tell me what is the expression for a random x position between 5 and -5 from frame to frame?

Yes, this is exactly what I looking for. Thank you very much. Is there any expression dictionary or something where I can learn the expressions from?

probably not dictionary, but if you bring up help (F1) then search for VEX, go to ‘using VEX expressions’…it's pretty good
