Hi all Housers ;o)

I've tried maybe too many Hotkeys and now my “autoselection” while modelling is gone and I can't find the button ;o)

Normaly while modelling (f.e. Polyextrude) the last primitive is selected for the next step - but never by me. What have I done wrong or can anyone tell me where I can fix this? It is so helpfull.

What version are you running?, this was a bug a few releases back but it got fixed.

I have 8.0.559 installed! Seems to be the newest version.

hmmmm, maybe it's come back. Might be worth trying an older production release, we are using H8.0.410 still and it works fine.

Hm, a fine idea, but the latest version is the only version running the help browser. Thanks.

I've found out, that if I delete my $HOME variable, everything works but how can I find out which flag makes this changens?

OK I find out that following tags in the houdini.pref file changes this!

livelinks.val := 0;
autohighlight.val := 1;
